Our Principal, Douglas Kobak has been a trusted advisor serving his clients for over 25 years.  As a SVP, Advisor at Citi Family Office, a Corporate Services Director, and a Certified Financial Planner™ he worked with a number of business owners and HR departments.  Doug would work directly with the owners or executives of private companies or executives of public companies assessing their needs then coordinating the right expert to assist that client.

Our Director of Corporate Benefit Services, Andy Junikiewicz, CPA for the last 2o years has been focusing on helping companies by learning about their situation, then crafting a customized solution to not just resolve their issue but improve their service offering and help reduce premiums. He continues to stay current with tax matters as he has been an Adjunct Professor since 2009 in the Accounting Department of numerous universities throughout the Philadelphia region.  Andy received his Masters of Science in Taxation from Villanova University.

Our Director of Level Funded Health Plans, Carlos Rul-lan has over 30 years of experience, specializing in level funded health plans. He has worked with small business owners to provide them with the right health plans that work for them and their employees. Using level funded plans, he has been able to combine the cost savings and customization of a self-funded plan with the predictability of a fully insured health plan.

A Case Study

A company in trouble

A company was having their premiums increasing yearly at an above industry average.  After asking the right questions and learning about the company we uncovered a number of factors that were contributing to the hefty increases.   

As part of our process we began contacting carriers and vendors and created a competitive environment to help  negotiate prices and services.  Based on our understanding of the company’s situation and employees we help craft a plan that was able to reduce their premium increases to below industry averages.  We also were above to offer them technology that simplified and streamlined many of their HR departments responsibilities reducing the man hours needed for these tasks by 45%. So of the processes we help streamline included; employee onboarding, tracking of employee claims, tracking sick and vacation days, off loading of employees, reducing paperwork.
